Business Consulting, LLC. During my time as a Sales and Marketing Executive and Entrepreneur, I have witnesses
far too many new and established small businesses fail because they were totally clueless about the essential
mindset and key ingredients that are so vital to building the solid foundation that supports a successful business
operation and everything in between. So, I became an advocate for small business and decided to help budding
entrepreneurs and struggling small business owners to understanding and develop the keys to business success and
longevity which has worked very well for me.

As a successful entrepreneur who has found and co-founded several businesses over the years, I have gained a wealth of invaluable business start-up, marketing and management knowledge and experience that can only be obtained through years of trial and error. I have successfully launched several small businesses and grew them to achieve six (6) figure incomes in the first year. I have served as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Director of Sales and Marketing, Operations Manager, IT Director, Security, you name it! I have hired, trained and managed successful managers, loan officers and sales professionals. I have experience developing, and implementing successful marketing, advertising and Customer Relations Management (CRM) campaigns and software.
In March 2004, my wife Darlene and I launched Stockdale Mortgage Corporation, a very successful first and secondary mortgage brokerage firm located on City Avenue in Wynnewood, Pennsylvania. In our first year we netted six (6) figures. By 2006, SMC employed 20 people including 9 very driven Loan Originators. But unfortunately, like most mortgage companies in America, SMC was forced to close it’s doors in September of 2009 due to the U.S. mortgage crisis and economic down turn which forced all of our
lenders including Goldman Sachs, and Countrywide Home Loans, to go out of business.
We are not professors teaching our clients from a book or degree. We've been in the trenches, actually making the mistakes, experiencing the trials, errors and the learning curve. We can without a doubt, help new business owners achieve success quicker and easier by showing them how to avoid the same start-up mistakes that 90% of all new business owners make!
